Working on form on Squats. Going to try and work on lower bar placement, breathing and shoving the
knees out in a slightly narrower stance.
Legs felt excellent for these. Tried to work on everything I read in the SS book this week. I feel that I
did well on most of it. 205 felt pretty light. I was surprised how much more rigid I felt just from holding
a breath during each rep. Good sets. The bar placement was pretty uncomfortable, but I'll get used to it.
Assistance was a gasser again. Took extra time to get these squats right today.
Interval Run: Was pretty pumped with that mile time. I was actually meaning to go more of a medium
pace, but ended up going faster. Felt pretty good for the run. My PR for the mile is 6:50 since being in
this "weight class." I feel like on a good day I could break that. OK, time to see if my fantasy football
teams do well this week. Hope you have a good day.
