Good morning. Not much sleep here last night and got a curve ball thrown in there when I found a nail in the tire of the work van. Have to go drop it off at the office this morning and take my personal car to work today so this morning's commute will be more like 2 hours and 15 minutes. Needless to say I'm not working out this morning... Hope you have a good day. Hoping to hit some OH Press and metcon later if there is any gas left in the tank.

That sucks. Hate when that happens. Hope you get to work out later. I have to go to the wife's school today and hang a dry erase board for her, then to the house for a quick workout; then soccer practice.

High quality drywall anchors and a level and you should be good to go. Looking forward to seeing how your workout goes.

Half Murph: Did all the running at the end on this one. Not a bad time at all. I was done with the Cindy rounds in 6:42. The run ended up being just shy of 8:00. Tomorrow is a rest day.
