Good morning. I was going to take a rest day today, but may end up doing DLs after work, depending on what my wife's schedule ends up like for the next two days. Hope you have a good day.

Conditioning: 3.65k run easy pace TT=21'07"
Squats felt very heavy. I had to move down in weight. I then checked my SS and discovered that I had entered incorrect data. Once I fixed it I was OK. Hope you get to workout.
