Clean&Press: 120*1 130*1 140*4*3 140*3+(5) TT=9'57"
Conditioning: 500m run,40 squats,30 sit ups,20 push ups, 10 burpees TT=5'30"
Pretty sure that is a PR on my whole workout. Felt good. Hope all was well today.

Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Deadlifts, 210 lbs 5 Clean Pulls, 155 lbs 10 Dragon Flies
Time: 18:06
Conditioning: Short Metcon
5 Rounds for Time: 20 Squats 20 Push-ups 20 Pull-ups
Time: 11:55
Comments: Dragging worse today than I have been all week, despite a rest day yesterday. Deadlifts: Actually felt strong for these. My back was still really sore after Good Mornings on Tuesday. Metcon: Got this one from the old CF spreadsheet. Good metcon. Tomorrow I need to do Bench and hopefully a run. We'll see what happens. Have a good night.
