Managed to fit this in this morning.
Bench 20x45, 5x135, 3x155 3(5x185)
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 8 Hand Release Push-ups
Time: 12:31
Comments: Felt pretty weak on these. Probably the metcon last night. Still have to do Pull-ups (and assistance) and a distance run tonight.

I did 35' of power yoga mixed with calisthenics. Did about 150 push ups. Off to the last soccer practice of the season.

Conditioning: Run (Outdoor, Paved) 3 Miles, 26:00, 8:40 Pace Comments: My commute has been 2 hours each way in tons of traffic all week so I'm pretty burned. Skipped Pull-ups and just went running. May do Pull-ups tomorrow morning. I did 100 of them last night in my metcon so I'm not slacking off on them. Have a good night.
