Comments: I thought about just taking today off, but my fantasy team is getting smoked so I decided to come out and blow off some steam. Squat: Decided to switch it up a little this week and do some building sets. Legs felt fine. My back recovery started again at 245 lbs. Not terrible sets though. Honestly, my depth was better at 245 than at 225. Pull-ups: Went ahead and did these today as I am usually short on time later in the week. Got 13 last week so this was a little drop. I probably should've done them before squats. Interval Run: Was actually one second faster than last week on the mile. Not bad. Overhead Press and a metcon tomorrow. Have a good night.

Sorry about the fantasy football. I will be taking a rest day. I finally succumbed to the strep throat bacteria. Had to stay home today. I've never had it before and I never want to get it again. Terrible. Hopefully I will be back in the saddle tomorrow.

Thanks. On the FF, that's what I get for betting so much on a crap line-up. Ha ha. Sorry to hear about the strep throat. Haven't had that since I was a kid (knock on wood). I feel like I've got a touch of something too. I was up all night last night on the toilet and ended up calling in sick this morning. I feel pretty decent, but just didn't want to commute 4 hours on no sleep. Anyway, hope we are all feeling better again soon.
