Conditioning: 3 Mile Walk, Untimed
Comments: As I mentioned earlier, I was up all night last night and finally fell asleep around 4:00AM this morning. Feel like I got a touch of something over the weekend. I've been sneezing a lot and blowing my nose a little. Feeling pretty lethargic. It could be the cold weather settling in too. The high is only in the 50's and the lows are around freezing. It got cold rather suddenly, which can be tough on your body. OH Press: I'm continuing on with my 3x5 (70%, 75%, 80%) this week. That last set was tough. Conditioning: I would normally do a metcon today, but toned it down. Tomorrow is a rest day. Hopefully I'll be back to 100% for Deadlifts on Wednesday and will do a metcon then.
