Good morning! Feeling a little bit better today and back at work. Will be doing some yoga in the sunshine later today to soak up some vitamin D. Hope you are well.

Glad to hear that you're feeling better! I think that all of us now have a touch of something. Our daughter woke us up at 3:00AM this morning and I haven't been back to sleep since. That is 3 nights in a row of 6 hours or less. May try to do some DLs later if I'm feeling crazy enough. Definitely not doing conditioning. I'm exhausted. Have fun doing yoga!

30 mins of power yoga. Lots of sunshine. Sounds like a good time. Glad you're feeling better. 11 hour work day here so I ended up doing nothing. Not even sure if I'm going to be able to workout tomorrow either. We'll see.
