Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 10 Hand Release Push-ups
20 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 17:06
Comments: Finally got some sleep last night for the first time all week. Was still tired this morning, but decided to get out there and hit it anyway. Bench: Didn't feel overly strong for this. Good sets nonetheless. Probably won't get to do conditioning today. I'm on baby sitting duty tonight. Have a good day.

Here's what I did: WU/Conditioning: 10' ladder of: squats, push ups, sit ups TR=12+12 squats
Squats: 170*5 195*4 230*3 255*2 265*1 280*1 300*1 235amap(12) TT=14'
Have a run scheduled for tomorrow but, we are supposed to go out of town. We'll see.

Comments: Left DHPUs out by accident this morning. Kind've cheated on a few reps, but pretty pleased. Felt strong on DLs. Need to somehow do a metcon and a run still this week. We'll see. Have a good night.
