Good morning. It's Friday. Luckily, I got DLs out of the way last night. Hope those go well for you Jaysun. I may try and do a metcon after work, but may slack off. Either way, I will do some form of distance cardio tomorrow. I'm going to have to join a gym soon as there is not enough daylight left now when you don't get home from work until 5:30PM or later every day. I'm not a big fan of running in the dark. I guess that's one thing that the travel/hotel life offered plenty of was downtime and access to a treadmill. Oh well, I can afford $15 a month. Have a good day.

5 Rounds for Time: 20 Pull-ups 40 Push-ups 60 Squats
Time: 19:38
Comments: Long metcon on a Friday? That just ain't right… It was a good one though. This is the same number of reps in 20 Cindy rounds (or in the middle of Murph). 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats. Needless to say, it sucked. Happy with that time. I was trying to get under 20 minutes. OK, time to get to a cold beer and the weekend. Planning to do a run tomorrow. Have a good night.
