Good morning. Managed to wake up a little early this morning and am planning on hitting some squats before work. Trying to save myself a little bit of daylight later on to do an interval run. Hope you have a great day.

Squats 5x135, 5x185, 3x205 5x225, 2(3x255) PR 3RM
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 A2G Squats, 135 lbs 5 Box Step-ups (per leg), 40 lb Dumbbells 10 V-ups
Time: 26:33
Comments: Legs were still a little sore from that run and my knees hurt a little. Went for it anyway. Squats: Pretty strong sets. Decided to go for one set of 5 at 75% and then 2 sets of 3 at 85%. Had a few form flaws, but not bad for 5:30AM on a Monday morning. Happy with that PR too! Assistance: First time ever doing all sets of Box Step-ups unbroken. Those things are so tough. OK, glad I got that out of the way. Going to do an interval run and maybe pull-ups later. Have a good day!

Clean and Press: 85*5 90*4 105*3 110*2 120*1 130*1 145*1 115*amap(8) TT=14'54"
The conditioning was a good one. I enjoyed it. The presses weren't bad. Was hoping for 10 on the amap set but, oh well.

Comments: Was probably feeling about 60% for this. It was a long, cloudy Monday. I'll tell you what though, this day speaks volumes about this type of training. How many people can say that they set a new Squat 3RM and Mile Run PR in the same day? And after only 4 hours of sleep and with an 11 hour work day? We're doing something right here, that's for sure.
