Good morning. Got a workout in this morning again before work.
Overhead Press 10x45, 5x95, 3x115 5x125, 2(3x140)
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Overhead Press, 85 lbs 5 Push Press, 105 lbs 10 Good Mornings, 105 lbs
Time: 18:22
Comments: OH Press: Just barely got those sets of 3. I wanted to do pull-ups too, but didn't have time. I may try and get those in tonight before the metcon. Have a good day.

Yoga 31 mins. Lots of sweat, planks and push ups. 10 mins of silent meditation.

Conditioning: Metcon For Time:
25 Squats 25 Sit-ups 25 Lunges 25 Handstand Push-ups 25 Push-ups 25 Knees to Elbows 25 Ring Dips 25 Pull-ups
Time: 10:15
Comments: Another super long day of work and a stressful one at that. I'm going to have to do DLs tomorrow now, where I would normally take a break, so I decided to do a lighter metcon tonight. It was a good, short metcon. Have a good night.

I have been really stressed out and the wife asked me what was up. I used to meditate on and off but it went by the wayside. I decided to try to work it back in. I definitely felt better after. Now if I could just get my boys to chill out.
