Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Deadlifts, 210 lbs 5 Clean Pulls, 155 lbs 5x4 Count Flutter Kicks 5 Toes to Bar
Time: 26:00
Conditioning: Metcon
Use only one Barbell and move it from station to station. Use 75% of your 1RM for Overhead Press as the weight. (125 lbs) Complete the following for time:
5 Clean & Jerks 10 Snatch Pulls 15 A2G Squats 20 Rows 25 Bench Press 20 Rows 15 A2G Squats 10 Snatch Pulls 5 Clean & Jerks
Time: 12:37
Comments: Same old story. Another long day. Blah blah blah… Deadlifts: Happy with a PR there. May have gotten this weight before but didn't write it in my PR page. So another PR for the week. Not bad… Metcon: This was a twist on an old metcon. It only took 12:37 but believe me… that was a rough 12:37. Working then travelling tomorrow. Have a good night.
