Happy Halloween. Heading out to do some Bench and am going to get on the yard after that. I think I have to bag all of the frickin' leaves because the city won't come and pick them up (loose) for another 3 weeks. What a PITA. Anyway. Hope you all have a good day.

Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 10 Hand Release Push-ups
Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 Rows, 115 lbs 5 Strict Pull-ups 5 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 29:31
Conditioning: Distance Run 3 Miles, 26:15, 8:39 Pace
Comments: Still pretty worn out from a long week. DHPUs: Did these the right way this morning and went all the way down. Bench: Didn't feel overly strong on these. Oh well. Still got it done. The Assistance was the usual tricep destroyer followed by bicep destroyer. Going running. Run: Felt really sluggish for this run as well. Wanted to do a longer one but given the amount of activity I did yesterday at work, I think this one will be fine. Tomorrow is a rest day for me. Hope you guys have fun trick or treating.
