WU/Conditioning: 10>>>1 ladder of: sit ups,push ups,squats TT=6'28" Bench Press: 145*5 165*4 195*3 210*2 225*1 235*1 245*1 200*amap(12) super setted with DB Rows 60#*6*8 TT=15'23" Nice little workout. Bench felt good. Conditioning was easier than expected. Have fun squatting!

Assistance: 4 Rounds, Not for Time: 5 A2G Squats, 135 lbs 5 Box Step-ups (per leg), 40 lb Dumbbells 30 Second Plank Hold
Time: 17:38
Conditioning: Skipped
Comments: Baby woke us up a few times last night, starting at 3:00AM, so pretty tired for this one. Squats: Ended up feeling pretty strong for these. My left knee is hurting so I had to really minimize my knees going forward. Conditioning: None. It's raining, so I was going to do some burpees or something in place of an interval run, but I just found out that I now have to be in Virginia at 7:00AM tomorrow morning for a long day of work. So decided to throw in the towel on conditioning. Honestly, I may end up just doing a Deload Week now because my schedule is going to be pretty hectic. We'll see how it goes.
