Rest Day Lots of Manual Labor at work.
Comments: Easily walked 4 or 5 miles today. At least half of that distance was under load of 30+ lbs. A lot of it was in ankle deep mud, followed by climbing ladders and walking across different roof elevations. Overall, it was a 12.5 hour work day. Hoping tomorrow will be shorter. Planning to hit some OH Press when I get home. Any conditioning will be light. I guess, since many of us will never play in a professional sporting event or go into combat, these are the days that we train for. To do a bunch of manly work and not fall over and dieā¦
