Good morning. I could've slept later this morning, but ended up waking up early, so I'm going to workout. Going to hit some Bench and Pull-ups this morning and then DLs this evening. Hope you have a good day.

Deadhang Pull-ups One Set, Max Reps: 12
Bench 10x45, 5x135, 3x155 5x185, 2(3x205)
Assistance: 5 Rounds, Not for Time: 8 Bench Press, 135 lbs 8 Strict Pull-ups
Then: 20 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 28:00
Comments: Overall, I'm pretty tired from a long week. Still wanted to get this in though. It is looking like I should be OK to workout next week, but may need to Deload the following week as I have to travel down to Texas for work. Due to a shortage of time this week, I've ended up going back to my old way of doing Assistance. Just doing the main lift at 50% for 40 reps instead of doing 5 reps of the main lift at 50% and then 5 reps of some other exercise. Don't get me wrong, I like the variety, but just don't have time to keep getting up and moving around or adding plates, etc. DHPUs: Not overly pleased with this set, but my upper body is pretty smoked from this week so it isn't surprising. Bench: Again, feeling weak for these. Upper body is smoked and I'm still losing weight so I'm sure that doesn't help. Oh well, I'll take a loss of strength to get back down to a better weight. Hopefully DL's will go well tonight. Have a good day.

I now have Deadlifts on Friday, which is boarder line sacrilegious to me. To make a long story short, I screwed up pretty significantly two days ago at work and am now going through bureaucratic hell about it. So what should've been an easy day in the office turned into 11 hours of intense paperwork, among other things. Oh well, I still have a job I guess... Also, our new refrigerator finally arrived today, and of course, it didn't fit, so I got to "trim down" a few more cabinets and finally got it into it's new home. What I'm trying to say is, I didn't get to do conditioning this evening. Oh well... Have a good night.
