Yesterday was a rest day. We had tee ball and flag football. #1 scored a touchdown on a power sweep and then 2 extra points on an awesome reverse sweep. We won 30-13. After all that I had to hang ceiling fans and we cleaned the house. May lift later today. We'll see.

Time: 30:01
Conditioning: Interval Run 800 Meters Slow: 4:20 800 Meters Fast: 3:15 800 Meters Slow: 4:05
Comments: Still pretty tired. Lots of work and this will be week 7 of this cycle. I'm only working out this week because I want to do a Deload Week next week. Plus that works out with the holidays as well. DHPUs: Pretty happy with this set. These were not true DHPUs, but pretty close. Squats: Felt fairly strong on these. Definitely got that soreness that comes from working out too many weeks in a row. Going 3x5@ 75% this week. Assistance: Man, that was like a bad metcon! Interval Run: These times were pretty consistent with my usual times. Dialing back the conditioning slightly at the end of this cycle. That's it for today. I've got to travel down to the Myrtle Beach area tomorrow and work in the pouring rain. Then drive back. Should be a fun timeā¦ Probably won't workout again until Tuesday. GO PANTHERS!
