Good morning. No time to workout this morning. It will likely be a rest day here. I hear the rain coming down outside my garage an have a feeling I'm going to be hearing that sounds all day long. Heading down to Myrtle Beach for work and then heading all the way back here when we're done. Should be a long and wet one. Hope you have a good day.

Had a good day bench pressing. Felt strong and probably could have kept going on the reps. Had to trim some time down, we have flag football tonight. Hope your day was a good one.

Hope flag football went well. It took us 4 hours (I drove the whole way) to get home from SC and it rained all day. To make a long story short, it dampened my motivation for working. Pun intended. Planning to do some OH Press and a metcon tomorrow. Have a good night.
