Overhead Press 10x45, 5x95, 3x115 3(5x125)
Assistance: 5 Rounds, Not for Time: 8 Overhead Press, 85 lbs 8 Good Mornings, 85 lbs
Time: 16:13
Comments: Didn't sleep well at all last night. Oh well.. OH Press: Felt fairly strong for these. That assistance was rough though. Planning to do a metcon tonight. Have a good day.

Solid workout. Joker sets felt good. My lower back twinged once so I stopped. Assistance was OK but, I was ready for it to be over. Flag football

Joker sets felt good. My lower back twinged once so I stopped. Assistance was OK but, I was ready for it to be over. Flag football Nice work! Strong sets on squats. Sorry to hear about your back. 5 Rounds For Time: 20 Pull-ups 20 Push-ups 20 Sit-ups 20 Squats
Time: 13:33 (PR over 18:54 on 3/4/15)
Conditioning: Man, I was surprised to get that time! And after dragging in the door after two 12 hour work days back to back! I'll take it!
