Comments: Man, nothing like 65 deadlifts on your third straight day of training. Actually went pretty good. Felt fairly strong. Just sore from too much mileage lately. Metcon: 3 Rounds in 5:24 (PR over 8:20 on 6/12/15). Added 3 more round because I thought it was too short (and easy). Finished very comfortably faster than my pace the last time I did this metcon. OK, going to try and hit some bench tomorrow before work. We'll see. Have a good night.
