Dead Hang Pull-ups 1 Set of Max Reps: 16 PR
Bench 5x135, 3x155 3(5x185)
Assistance: 5 Rounds, Not for Time: 8 Bench Press, 125 lbs 8 Rows, 115 lbs
Then: 20 Good Mornings, 125 lbs
Time: 19:40
Comments: Ahh… the last day of the cycle. It's been a long one and it feels like I started this one a long long long time ago. Looking forward to switching it up a bit on this next one. DHPUs: Happy with that PR. Especially after having done about 160 Pull-ups over the last two nights. Bench: Felt weak on these again. Oh well. Got through them. And the cycle is over!

Assistance/Conditioning: 5rft: 5 chins, OHP 45*10, 50 single unders, 10 four count mtn climbers, 5 chins TT for all: 26'54"
Proud of the 145*1. My current 1RM is 150! The assistance began to suck at the fourth round. Hope you had a great day.

I'll bet that conditioning sucked. I was following you until the mountain climbers. Those are brutal.

To add to my previous reply. The early morning is the ONLY time I get to myself in this house. So I drink coffee for a while and then workout. I don't prefer to workout that early, but it feels nice to get the blood flowing before work.
