5RFT: DL 105*10, 5 K2E, DB Curls 25*10, 5K2E Total time for all=28'30" Had a very busy weekend. Noticed you did not put much up on the board. I did deadlifts today to make up for Friday's work out. I will be doing this week and then the following week I'll be out of town for Thanksgiving break. I will probably do a lot of running during that time. Hope you had a good weekend and a good day.

I'm more or less taking a week off from training this week. I just got to the hotel in Dallas a few minutes ago and will be here until Wednesday night. After that I'm in Virginia on Thursday and South Carolina on Friday. I was planning on this being a Deload Week, but it is probably just going to be a week off now and then I'll do a Deload Week next week before starting the next cycle. May try to get some conditioning in if I can. I'll just train vicariously though you this week.
