Good morning. Definitely no training here today. We've got a building inspection on the other side of Dallas this morning, then we come back to take the test. After that it's off to the airport. Hope you have a good day. Hit a couple extra reps for me.

Assistance/Conditioning: 5RFT: Squats 100*10, 5 burpees, SLDL 100*10, 20 sit ups TT=13'44"
Poor sleep and a bad attitude hampered my quest for greatness today. Still managed a rep PR though. Hope the test goes well.
