Good morning. Was in transit until after midnight last night. Got upgraded to first class, so I had a few more beers than I should've. Can't turn them down when they're free... Gotta work from noon until late tonight and then wake up early tomorrow morning to head to SC and back. Long story short, no training for me. The "week off" continues. Well, considering it is only week two of the cycle and I broke the 1RM, I feel good about it. Was it easy? Not at all...
