Good morning. Hoping to start a deload week today. I'm going to rearrange the order of my lifts on this cycle too. This will be the general plan:
Sunday: Rest Monday: Deadlifts, Short Metcon Tuesday: Overhead Press, Pull, Long Metcon Wednesday: Rest Thursday: Squats, Interval Run (or Sprints) Friday: Bench, Pull Saturday: Distance Run
I kept running into this issue where I would be awake early enough to workout, but couldn't do Deadlifts since it would wake everyone else up. I'm now going to try and get those done on Sunday or Monday night. Then the rest of everything will be doable in the morning. Anyway, that's the plan. Have a good day.

Deadlift (Deload) 5x135, 3x185 3(5x205)
Assistance: 4 Rounds: 4 Deadlifts, 205 lbs 5 Knees to Elbows
Time: 9:00
Conditioning: Metcon EMOM 10 Minutes:
5 Pulll-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats
Comments: Starting a Deload Week, then on to the 9'th Mesocycle… Deadlifts: Joints and muscles felt really fresh. Grip felt a little weak. Did them all with double overhand grip. Metcon: Good metcon to help you get back into it. I originally had 3 burpees in there before the pull-ups, but it was going to take too long so I took them out. Good metcon. Felt good to go out into the 45 degree garage and get sweaty.

Nice work. I played football with the kids, rode 4 wheelers in the woods, went grocery shopping with the wife and watched "Saints and Strangers" on the National Geo channel.

Sounds like a good time to me. Glad you guys are enjoying your trip. After work today, we are going to head back home and I got the green light from my boss to work from home tomorrow or take the day off. Pretty pumped.
