Morning. Going out to hit some OH Press. It's actually below freezing in the garage, so I turned the heater on and will let that run for 30 minutes or so before I head out there. I figure I'll be working in weather like that for the next two days so lets go for it. Hope you all are having a good trip.

Trail Run: 2.25 miles/~10' per mile/684' of elevation gain. 37°F and CAVU I did this while the boys were riding bikes and playing soldiers in the woods I was running through.

That's a boat load of elevation gain! Sounds like the boys had fun too. Look at us, we're like Rocky Balboa, training in the cold. Thanks on my workout too. Never got to do conditioning. Went up to Virginia for work and am staying the night. I drove us 4 hours up here and then we worked all afternoon out in the cold. Needless to say, I was done for the day. I did some manual labor at work though. Not what I would consider a metcon, but manual labor, so that can count for conditioning on this deload week.
