Bench 20x45 3(5x135)
Assistance: 4 Rounds: 5 Bench Press, 135 lbs 5 Chin-ups
Then: 10 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 12:45
Conditioning: Distance Run 3 Miles, 26:30, 8:40 Pace
Comments: Just a note. A few weeks ago, I started doing one push-up for each point that the Panthers score during a game. Since the game was on Thanksgiving yesterday, I decided to go a little more crazy and did one push-up and one pull-up for each point. So in total, I did 33 push-ups and pull-ups last night. Chin-ups: Felt pretty strong on these. I am kipping a little on them, but am happy with the results overall. Bench: Nothing to write home about here. Run: Man that sucked. Nothing like drinking too many beers and eating Thanksgiving dinner, then waking up and going running the next day. Oh well. Stuck it out and got it done. Have a good day!
