Comments: Decided to switch Squats back to the first day of the week.
Squats: Probably the best my legs have felt for squats in a long time. Solid sets and reps. I'm calling
this a 7RM, but I haven't kept record of anything over 5RM so it is what it is.
Threw in that last set of walking lunges as sort of a burnout set.
Interval Burpees: Well, lets just put it like this, it's time to join a gym…
