Hard to believe that it is December already! Still hot and muggy down here. I have a short run and Bench Press later today.

He's back! Glad to hear you are still alive. The crickets and I were getting pretty bored. I got all unmotivated again this morning. Doing Chins, OH Press and a metcon later.

Comments: Chins: Man, those seem so easy compared to pull-ups. Happy with another PR there. OH Press: Surprised myself with that PR. Felt good. Once upon a time, I couldn't even get 1 rep at 125. Metcon: That sucked a lot worse than it looked on paper.
