Well well well.... Believe it or not, it is our 1'st Birthday. We got this site up and running exactly one year ago today. We've tried different things from linking other people's programming to providing some of our own. We've had a few folks come and go, but it looks like the two that first started the site are still here. That's actually pretty remarkable. Well, if you have any suggestions, please let me know. I plan to join a gym at some point in the near future and may try to pass the site along to anyone that I meet in there. Otherwise, I guess it will stay what it is. So Jaysun, thanks for hanging around and checking in when you can. It's good to have that "gym buddy" to talk to and be accountable to. Cheers to another year. Hope you have a good day.

5k run TT=27'33" Felt weak but my results are good. My best pace was 7'10".

I know that when I all of a sudden started trying to run 4-5 days per week I was always tired and my times were terrible. Nothing is more demanding than devoting yourself to an endurance sport. Might be better to back off a little and try to ease into it more. Just my 2 cents. Thanks on the site, and thanks again for hanging in there. There have been many a night where I was dead tired and didn't feel like training and did it anyway just to post it here. I'm glad that you've been there to help me push on through and hopefully I've done that for you. That is what this is all about in my opinion. And if that is all this site ever is, I would say that it accomplished the most important goal that we ever had when we started the site, to motivate each other every day.

The funny thing is that I ran 5 mins and walked 1 x5. I wasn't pushing it, just running.
