That sounds like a nice goal to work toward. I think that's about 9 miles? Man, my knees would be destroyed! Anyway, sounds like yours are a little better equipped. Some manual labor at work. Then:
Conditioning: Metcon
5 Rounds for Time: 10 Pull-ups 20 Push-ups 30 Squats
Time: 8:01
Comments: Work day wasn't too bad. We actually worked about two blocks from the White House. I was pretty beat though and took a nap when we got back to the hotel. Originally, I was going to do 10 Rounds of this, but decided to cut it in half as I don't want to be completely worthless for tomorrow. We have a pretty big job at Georgetown University and then I have to leave and head back to PA and fly home. By the time it's all said and done, I should get home a little after midnight tomorrow night and will have worked about 65 hours this week. Glad that I was able to get a little bit of conditioning in. Have a good night!
