Good morning. Going to try and get some squats and a run in today. The weather is great here. Hope it is there too.

Chin-ups One Set, Max Reps: 26 Reps (PR)
Squats 5x135, 5x185, 3x205 5x225, 5x245, 5x255 (PR 5RM)
Assistance: 4 Rounds: 8 Squats, 155 lbs 8 Chin-ups 10x4-Count Flutter Kicks
Time: 40:45
Conditioning: Interval Run 800 Meters Slow: 4:00 800 Meters Fast: 2:45 (PR) 800 Meters Slow: 4:00
Comments: Got a great night of sleep last night so I decided to throw Chin-ups in with this workout. Hadn't eaten any sugar all week on the road and then had a huge slab or cake last night. I could feel the "shakiness" this morning. Time to swear back off of the sweet stuff… Chins: Happy with a PR there. Slight kips and didn't go down to a dead hang though. Squats: Very happy with that PR. Sets felt pretty good overall. 800's: Wait, is that THREE PR'S IN ONE WORKOUT?!?!?!?!? Felt fine for that one and to be honest could have gone faster. This weather sure does rock. I'm drenched in sweat. Hope you have a great day! GO PANTHERS!!!

Got that coming up tomorrow. That seems to be the lift that I have lost the most on with this weight loss. Bench has lost some, but OH Press has definitely lost the most.
