Good afternoon folks. Last week of school before Christmas break. I did the following: 5k run TT=27'23" 8'56" per mile This time includes traffic stops and stopping to fend off a very persistent ankle biter who in turn woke up a big dawg. Hope you had a great day.

Sounds like quite the perilous running route! Nice job on it though. I bet you could go much faster than that without the stops and attacks.

Time: 17:55 (PR over 21:00)
Comments: OH Press: Definitely a lot weaker now on OH Press. My 5RM from a year ago is 145 lbs and I could only get 2 reps at 140. Oh well, I'll keep working at it. Metcon: Wanted to do one that I didn't write for the first time in a while. This is a good classic. Beat my previous time by 3:05. Nothing wrong with that. Hope you have a good night!
