Chin-ups One Set, Max Reps: 18
Bench 5x135, 3x185 5x190, 5x200, 5x210 (PR 5RM)
Assistance: 4 Rounds: 8 Bench Press, 125 8 Chin-ups
Then: 20 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 24:04
Comments: Tried to go all the way down on chins. That made it harder and my grip was smoked from DLs last night. Excuses, excuses… Bench: Felt surprisingly strong on these sets. After how weak I've been on bench lately I'll take that PR. Pauses could've been a little longer, but overall, not bad. Just have a run left to do and will probably wait until tomorrow morning to do that. Hope you have a great day!

5k run TT=26'31" Felt strong and fast but according to my app, it is my second fastest run. Oh well, I know how I felt.
