Squats 5x135, 5x185, 3x205 3x225, 3x245, 3x265 (PR 3RM) 3x275 (PR 3RM), 3x275 (Tied PR)
Assistance: 4 Rounds: 8 Squats, 155 lbs 8 Chin-ups 25 Sit-ups
Time: 46:00
Conditioning: Interval Run 800 Meters Slow: 4:09 1600 Meters Medium: 7:15 800 Meters Slow: 4:13
Comments: Was going to take the day off, but remembered the whole no day light predicament that I would run into trying to go running after work (in the dark). So I decied to go ahead and get it in today. Added chin-ups to my program today as well. That should make OH Press a little shorter. Squats: Legs felt great for these. I ended up getting 3x275 for a new PR 3RM and when I went to check my phone, it had run out of memory so the set wasn't recorded. Of all the sets for that to happen on… So I did it again. The form didn't feel as good, but still OK. A little bit of back recovery. Still happy to get that PR! Run: Man, that was rough. I did a 1600 in the middle instead of an 800 since I slacked off on my distance run last week. Decent time though. Hope you have a good day!

Very stronk squat too! Looked fine to me. We had a whole lot to do today. Just finished eating dinner with the wife's family. It's is #1 of many Christmas dinners we will attend. Thank the Lord I get to wake up in the USA on a daily basis.
