Deadlifts: Happy with a PR there. Decided to throw on my Olsen jersey to show some pride on my heaviest
lift of the cycle.
Metcon: Thought I'd try a "Christmassy" metcon since we're only two days out. Man, I honestly thought
this metcon would take about 15 minutes… About 30 minutes into it I was about to puke all over my
garage. Plus with the unseasonably warm weather and high humidity, I'm completely drenched in sweat
for the first time in a month or so. Oh well, it's over. Bench and a run coming up. Have a good night.
