I may try to get some bench in today and a run if I'm really feeling motivated. We have to start on a bunch of cooking though so we'll see how it goes. I'll be around all through Christmas. We're staying put again this year and won't have any company until next week. Hope you guys have a good day!

1 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75# 2 Thrusters 75 lbs 3 Push Press 75 lbs 4 Power Cleans 75 lbs 5 Power Snatches 75 lbs 6 Kettlebell Swings 7 Pull-ups 8 Knees-to-Elbows TT~20' Only had 20' so I made it 8 days. Definitely a good workout. Merry Christmas!

Chin-ups One Set, Max Reps: 18
Assistance: 4 Rounds: 8 Bench Press, 135 lbs 8 Chin-ups
Then: 20 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 21:01
Comments: Was having such a wonderful lazy day today, but forced myself to get out there and lift. Still super warm out here. Bench: Happy with a PR there. That was a nice set. I wanted to try some heavy singles, but it is really uncomfortable to unrack the weight by myself, so maybe if I join a gym I can get someone to spot me. Chin-ups: My grip is still pretty smoked from DLs last night and that crazy metcon. Oh well That's it for lifting this week. Next week is the 8RM cycle, so that should be interesting. Still have that elusive run to do. We'll see how it goes. May try to get it in tomorrow morning or Saturday. Hope Santa brings you all plenty of great things and we wish you a Merry Christmas!
