Conditioning: Distance Run
4 Miles/34:00/8:30 Pace/546 Calories Outdoor/Mostly Paved/Lots of Hills
Comments: Had to take advantage of the warm weather and go for a run. Pretty pleased with this time. Basically, the first two miles were down hill and the last two were uphill. That frickin sucks. Ha ha ha… 95% humidity today too so it was pretty muggy. OK, that should help put a dent in everything I ate and drank yesterday. Hope you all have a good one!
