Happy Sunday that isn't followed by having to work on Monday! It's looking like a rest day here. Our daughter kept us up a lot last night and she is still feeling under the weather. We're all kind've dragging around and I think we're just going to lay around and watch football. Normally I'd be pushing to get a workout in today, but having the week off changes everything. Madcow Results: Squat 4*5 ramping up to 265*3 then 190*8 Bench 4*5 ramping up to 215*3 then 160*8 Rows 4*5 ramping up to 115*3 then 85*8 TT=20'51" Did this faster than I wanted to, but had to get it in. No problems with it. Squats feel heavy since I have increased my running. I have an easy "deload" week run wise. Hated to see the Panthers lose but hey, even Superman gets the blues sometime right?

Nice work. Solid sets across the board. That's a solid time too, for that many sets at that weight. I was looking through some of the old posts on this forum and found a few videos from your youtube page. I subscribed, so if you ever feel like doing videos again, have at it. As for running, it can definitely tire your legs out. That's why I try to do a rest day between my distance run and squat day. Usually, it is my knees that hurt more than my muscles. I started wearing knee sleeves when I run and that has helped out tremendously with that. Not sure if that helps with your problem or not... Either way, good job on your workout!
