Comments: Pretty tired for this. My daughter had us up from 3:00AM - 6:00AM last night. She is still not feeling well. Going to take it easy on the conditioning today. OH Press: Felt suprisingly strong on these. That is one PR that, dispite having not kept track of PRs above 5RM, I can honestly say is a true PR. Happy with that one. Metcon: Got that one from that spreadsheet that you sent me a while back Jaysun. I really wanted to do more than that, but called it a day because we have to get ready for company and I'm exhausted. Will try to do more on the other metcon, later this week. Have a good day!

Little kids can be tiresome, not because you don't love them but because you do love them. Staying up, getting up at all hours, etc. Been there and still doing it. It gets better...eventually.

In the RAIN...looks like it is supposed to be ugly until Monday. Solid sets! Way to get it in! I feel your pain on the rain. This weather sucks. The warmth has been OK, but the humidity has been terrible. It's going to be like the black plague up here once it gets cold again. Hope you can find a pocket in the storms to go running.
