Good morning. Probably a rest day here. Actually feeling pretty good today for what I did yesterday. I stretched a lot last night, so maybe that had something to do with it. Hope you all have a good day!

Madcow Squats: 4*5 ramping up then 3@270 and 8@205 Rows: 4*5 ramping up then 3@120 and 8@95 Bench: 4*5 ramping up then 3@225 and 8@160 TT~25' Felt good to do something. Had a very busy day. Going to watch some movies and go to bed early.
