Chin-ups (Dead Hang) One Set, Max Reps: 12
Assistance: 4 Rounds: 8 Squats, 155 lbs 8 Chin-ups 15 V-ups
Time: 22:20
Conditioning: Interval Run 800 Meters Slow: 4:14 1600 Meters Medium: 7:20 800 Meters Slow: 4:15
Comments: Squat: Happy with a PR there. Could've gone a little deeper on those reps, but I'd say I was just barely below parallel. Chins: Hard to get any kind of rhythm going when you have to keep coming to a dead stop at the bottom. Run: Ate lunch an hour and a half before this workout and accidentally chugged a bottle of water right before this run so I had cramp central going on. Still, decent time. OH Press tomorrow. Time to go enjoy the last night of regular season football. Have a good night!

4 easy miles...TT=34'59" Back spasm central today. Also have to get a root canal soon. Yay!
