Friday and doing manual labor at work today. Very happy with that PR and was going to go for some
heavier singles (possibly a new 1RM) and right before my first single the garage door opened and…
well…. In walked two ladies who weren't interested in me having a super long workout…
Oh well, I may plan to set a new 1RM on the next cycle…
