WU: 500m run TT=2'39" then: 4' AMRAP: 5 pull ups; 10 squats; 20 jumping jacks TR=4 (weak sauce) DL: 210*10 225*8 245*6+(8) TT=4'41" Power Cleans: 95*6 105*4 115*2+(5) TT=2'53" Metcon- 500m run; 40 squats, 30 sit ups, 20 push ups, 10 burpees TT=5'39" (life time PR) Well, I am mixing up some stuff. I am getting kind of stale. I am going to use the BFS strength regimen and bring back my old body weight metcons. Never done PC's much but, they are cool. I am starting light and working on my form first. DL's were heavy as I have been neglecting them. I will be doing my running every other day as programmed.

Sounds good on the program. It's nice to have metcons. They add variety. You should try the one I did last night sometime. Nice work!
