Good morning. Hoping to do bench and chins in a little while. I never ended up eating dinner last night so I'm pretty famished. Not sure if a run is going to happen today. Hope you have a good day.

It ended up being another rest day. I single handedly undecorated the entire house and got everything in the attic. That ended up taking all afternoon. I'm going to do Bench tomorrow and then brainstorm about the next cycle. I may start it this coming week since it will make more sense to take a week off during a travel week. Had a few ideas about it tonight and may post them in the other thread. Hope you had a good day.

WU: 4' AMRAP: 3 four count mtn climbers, 6 push ups, 9 squats, 12 jumping jacks TR=5+3MC's, 6 push ups & 3 squats Zercher squats: 95*10 105*8 115*6+(10) Floor Press: 115*10 125*8 135*6+(12) TT=8'53" for both exercises Conditioning: 10>>>>1 ladder of: squats, push ups, sit ups TT=5'20" Nice and quick. Haven't done either of those exercises in a while and had forgotten how awkward they both feel when racking and unracking. The floor Press is especially awkward when you have 35# plates on the bar. I did this late because the wife and I went out to dinner and drinks with some friends. It was gallery night downtown with art, bands, etc...we stayed out much later than folks our age should but we had fun.

Yeah, I think after that one cycle I decided I was never doing zercher squats again. Good on you for giving them a go. I'm with you on floor press. It is really awkward. Sounds like a fun night. I hope to be able to go out like that sometime in the next few years...
