Assistance: 4 Rounds: 8 Bench Press, 135 8 Pull-ups
Then: 20 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Time: 20:55
Conditioning: None (weather)
Comments: Watching the snow come down outside is kind've cool when you're working out. Bench: Happy with that PR. Felt strong. Have a good day. GO PANTHERS!!!

4 mile hike with the kids and wife. Went to see my granny and stopped at a state park. Nice day here! Kind of stiff from 4 1/2 hours total driving time. I have squats and bench tomorrow.
