Squat 5x135, 5x155 8x185, 8x210, 8x230 (PR 8RM)
Assistance 4 Rounds: 5 Walking Lungess (per leg), 40 lb Dumbbells 4 Good Mornings, 135 lbs
Then: 40 Walking Lunges (Body Weight)
Time: 21:50
Comments: It was a chilly one this morning at 26 degrees. But not as chilly as it will be tomorrow morning at 16 degrees... Squats: It's funny, I wasn't going to try and set a new PR, but my legs felt so good (no run this weekend) that I went for it. Happy with a PR there and a good looking set too. Good depth, etc. Assistance: Man oh man.... I forgot how much lunges sucked. My glutes are destroyed. I really like the burnout set at the end too. That is a good addition. The interval run will likely be "interval burpees" tonight. I hope you have a good day!

Ended up being a rest day. I said I was supposed to do bench/squat but, I was supposed to run 3 miles. Didn't get a chance since the wife got sick to her stomach and I had to keep the boys busy. Will lift tomorrow and then just run on my rest day. (Sunday) It's a "deload" run week anyway. Longest run is 4 miles.

WU:500 m run,40 jumping jacks, 30 squats,20 sit ups,10 push ups, 5 chins TT=5'34" Squats: 215*5 225*4 235*3 245*2 250*1+(5) Bench: 185*5 195*4 205*3 215*2 225*1+(6) TT=13'40" Conditioning: 21-15-9 of: sit ups, push ups, jump squats $out:5-4-3-2-1 of chins TT=15'08" Felt fine for this. Nothing was too hard. Had more in me for the squats on the final set but didn't want to push it as I'm running this week. 6 is all I can manage for the bench press. And I forgot just how badly jump squats suck!

The humidifier attached to our air handler was leaking this morning when I woke up so that ate up my morning workout time. Just got out into the garage and man, it is officially winter time! Time to warm it up in here.
