WU-4' AMRAP: 5 sit ups, 5 push ups, 5 jump squats, 5 chins TR=4+5+5 DL: 245*5 255*4 265*3 275*2 285*1+(6) Power cleans: 115*5 120*4 125*3 130*2 135*1+(6) TT=10'45" Conditioning: "50's": 50 four count mtn climbers, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups TT=7'49" The mountain climbers were absolutely terrible. Almost quit but just push through. Did the sit ups all in one round, partitioned the push ups 25,15 ,10. Power cleans weren't that bad I like it. DL's weren't that bad either. Hope you make it through the storm.

Hope you make it through the storm. Nice work. I still don't see how you do all of those heavy sets in 11 minutes. On the conditioning, 50x4-Count Mountain Climbers sounds terrible. From what's left of my memory, I remember doing them once in the hotel in Lubbock, TX. Actually, the date was 2/11/15 (thank you journal). I only did 20x4 and that sucked. I can't imagine how bad 50 would be... Nice work!

It ended up being an unscheduled rest day here. I had to stop and grab some provisions on the way home and get ready to not leave the house until Sunday. It sounds a lot more dramatic than it was. Most people around here just freak out when it snows so traffic and stores are a mess. Either way, I plan on doing DLs and Bench tomorrow. Should be fun. As for my run, I may need to join a gym, or run on the ice. Have a good night.
