Good morning. Planning to do some squats and pulls today. Busted my left knee and elbow up last night though so I'll have to see how it feels. And before you ask, yes I was doing something stupid, but it was manly and fun. After a few beers, I decided that I hadn't had enough sledding for the day and that the darkness added yet another element of danger to it. So I suited up and went for a stealth run. I managed to affix my phone to my hardhat and shot a video of it. The injury took place after the run when I was walking back up the hill and slipped and fell. Good times...

Thanks man! We average about once per year on the sledding so I had to take advantage of it. It's OK though, in a few days it will just be cold here with no fun snow to play in and there it will be 70 degrees.

Comments: Watching the kids sled again during this workout. My knee and elbow are hurting pretty bad, but oh well... Squat: Man, that was an awesome PR! Nice depth! Good looking set! My elbow hurt a lot worse than my knee during those. Pull-ups: Once again, pleased with those results. I think this workout is a good example of one area of pain taking your mind off another. Ha ha... Assistance: That was rough. These were tough, as always. Burpees: Man, I can't wait to go running again.... That's it for me today.
